You still can buy new cylinders.

Even then I would rather buy used ones and have them replated by Electrosil in Melbourne (apparently they are good at what they do).

I have found that all parts that wear beyond repair can be bought quite cheap.
E.g. pistons, gaskets, cables, clutch plates etc. All other parts just take a little time and care to bring them back to operational specs.
