My cylinders were repaired by AURUM PLATING in narangba. They take a while but they are cheap.

As for "spinning a ring" is that a common problem when your rings are gapped correctly? Or is it a problem when the rings are worn? I just feel it would be hard to do with fresh correctly gapped rings.

P.s. If you have the money I would be going through "electrosil" as they are better than Aurum just twice the price.
