Yes do get the jetting right, but I can't see any reason to pin a NSR to 13,500 RPM??? You will be so far past the power peak you might as well ride it with the power valve clamped in the low position
Oh by the way, if Andy is still kicking back in Thailand from when I spoke with him in late Nov (I was coming back, he was going out) - good on ya! Best place to kill an unusually long UK winter, and great scenery to boot
