I think that it sucks that Freddie has found him self with personal problems that has been dragged out into the public.
What ever those personal issues are, they are exactly that. All the articles that I have read have all been based on rumor and/or speculation around what his problems are.
The fact that his riding school was affected by his personal issues sucks, and it sucks more that others were affected (as in no paychecks, etc..).
I am sure Freddie is selling his prized championship winning pieces of history to make good on his failings. Unfortunately, I am sure the proceeds will end up going to his divorce and not to his ex-employees.
I hope that who ever buys these will treat them for what they are, a part of motorcycle racing history. It would be nice to see these in the Barber museum rather then some private collection where they probably wont be seen by the public.
I am sure its hard for Freddie to have to sell such an important part of his past, as these bikes probably are something very dear to him...
