Can't find these anywhere except Jamie's NSR homepage and he can't help at the moment. Anyone got one going spare or know where i can get one?

I was hoping to avoid going down the route of trying to get one-offs made for me by Sprocket Specialists or Talon.

I'm also interested in even smaller sizes if there are any around.
