Cold motor, wrong plugs, cheap oil and running lean.

I hadn't changed anything on the bike from when I bought it. Just assumed the bloke I bought it off had set it up correctly as he said he did.

And yes, the coolant did leak into the combustion chamber on detonation.

Oh well.
