I can tell you the fork stanctions are different for mc28 as I bought a brand new pair of stanctions from japan only to find they were for a R MODEL they would not take my se internals .Still have the brand new Honda mc28 R model stanctions as I bought them on japan yahoo.Tried to sell them a couple of times on here but no takers so dont think many R models made it here.
