But do remember, the only time when no cutting and splicing of the wiring loom is required is with a HRC race wiring loom AND HRC derestrictor box.

If a HRC box is installed with a Road loom, then all the multi-connector wires have to be spliced into the loom, which is actually a bigger job than the manual derestriction wire splice!!!

So, if you have a road loom and want to derestrict, splicing is unavoidable, just a question of how much.
