PJ1 is best (it's kind of sticky and won't fly off) If you've ever owned a bike before NSR chains need lubing as often as any other bike. If you haven't ever owned a bike before check it at LEAST once a week but if you do loads of miles more often. Remember to keep adjusting chain, too. It lasts longer....
