the carbs as far as i know are all back to totally standard, the only jets i have been unable to check are the power jets as i am a bit scared of screwing the things up getting them out they are in so tight.
the electrics are all good, since doing this work the bike starts first kick (yes my bike first kick you saw yourself dave how hard it was to start at cadwell) and i have checked the coils.
ther are no ecess deposits commin from the exhaust and stace followed me on the RVF and said it wasnt overly or underly (lol) smokey.

when i asked about air leaks i thought i may not have connected my airbox properly, so it would have been befor the carbs

just had a good look at the plugs and they seem a little wet petrol wise but other than that they seem fine.

so the carbs have been off again and checked and nothing is blocked or not where its supposed to be, so i've gotta connect all the cables again and check the oil pump setting then i will give it another go and give you another report.
damn stephen why do you live so far away Very Happy
