Jamie Wheeler who runs 'jamies NSR homepage' can supply Kiss quick action throttles for NSRs. His contact details and pictures of the parts he can get for you are on his website (which is in the links section on the left of your screen there). I've got one on mine but it didn't reduce the action as much as i thought it would. It is quicker than standard though.
I had a quick action throttle on my Garelli Tiger Cross when i was 16 and that really had a very short throw - couldn't have been much more than 1/4 turn. I had hoped the Kiss throttle would make the NSRs throw that short but alas, nah.
The Kiss throttle eliminates the second cable that closes the carb slides and cannot be used if you are running the two stroke oil pump still. So its only any good for race/road bikes running premix.
A happy bonus is that it weighs a fair bit less than the standard set up and by eliminating the second throttle cable, it gives you one less thing to disconnect when you take the carbs off. Also the throttle 'snaps' shut quicker because of the reduced drag once the second cable is gone.
