Ive just returned from a European holiday. Spent a week in Holland.
I dont think the 'fun police' actually exist over there. If you own a bike, it seems you can do what ever the hell you want !!!!!!!

We were at a mall in Bergen op zoom, and people ride scooters, up the mall, 2 up, no helmets !!!
You'd get jail time in Aust for a stunt like that !!
