*Using second-hand circlips is reserved for the extremely desperate "need to fix this within 15 mins to get back up and running before the next session" brigade, when the new clip has just sprung out of your hands into the land of lost pens and odd socks that you can never find!
Of course, you will be able to get away with only replacing two clips if you are canny! As long as you only remove one clip per piston, then you only need to replace one per piston!
It's not that a circlip is an expensive part, but not that many people carry endless supplies of them! _________________
