You can try a couple of things:

  1. IGN off >> RUN switch off >>
Turn servo pulley to about 2/3 open
IGN on >> RUN switch on

This should cycle the RC Valve back to closed. (You may need to kick the motor over to put some life into the IGN system with this method.)

    Or:

  2. IGN off >> RUN switch off >>
    Disconnect the T.P.S.
IGN on >> RUN switch on (valves should cycle to "Hi")
RUN switch off >> IGN off
    Reconnect T.P.S.
IGN on >> RUN switch on >> (RC Valves should cycle back to "Lo")

And finally (mainly for the MC16 with no T.P.S., but works on all models):

  3. Run the motor. Slowly raise the RPM from idle (1200rpm) to approx 2000rpm. At this point the servo should cycle to their "Hi" (open/setting) position. As the revs pass 3000rpm the servo should close again until approx 7000rpm.
