Don't take it personally... it's been a rule for years!

It's just that now there's a place for it in the Members section too, and the Members do pay a subscription. It is not fair on those people to discuss topics that they have (amongst other things) subscribed for. This includes jetting, HRC support, and also non-NSR/non-bike related content.
