Nope, never been that anal about how much weight something saves.

USD forks will always reduce the steering lock on the NSR, no matter what you use. Left lock isn't too bad, but right lock is seriously compromised by the radiator cap (unless you have an HRC rad!). A small price to pay though for vastly superior suspension.
