I don't think the Keihin needles or (more importantly) the longer emulsion tubes are still available.

Someone a bit deft at bending a needle holder clip type thing (Andy ) can make one work with an adjustable needle.
Without a bit of a tweak the needle is free to float up and down a mm or so.
