I looked extensively on Google for the correct part, searched 35340-KV3-700 part number and the local dealers that resulted in the Google search cross referenced this part number to the one I previously noted above. There were three that came up: 35340-ML4-005, 35340-MM5-600, and 35340-MA5-671. The local Honda dealer said the second part number superceded the first and the photos looked correct and it is. Its an OEM part from Honda and I think Honda uses it on many bikes the results showed VTX1300C, CB400F, and 929RR. Do a Google search, second page lists them all.
