It sounds like a flooded cylinder.

Turn the crank a few times with the spark plug removed and then try again.
You might also want to check that the RH pilot jet is still screwed where it is supposed to be.
Try a new spark plug, too.

If the above fails, I believe it's time to check for primary compression problems.
