Late Honda VFR400 NC30 for sure i would say. They use to plastic claps that clip around the lower leg to hold the mudguard. Thay should fit the NSR tho if you got a NC30 front mudguard and clips.

One thing im not sure about is i beleave the NSR forks are overall longer than the NC30 ones so you will have to make sure about that. Ive never had both mine out of the bikes to compare lenths.
