I'd be inclined to agree with Stephen; VFR400R NC30, but possibly CBR400RR NC29. Looking at the colour though, VFR!

The VFR Forks are virtually the same as the NSR except slightly stiffer springs, but the calliper mounts are positioned differently to allow for larger diameter disks - bear it in mind if you have an NSR wheel.

Also, the VFR wheel is 3.25" to accommodate a 120 section tyre where the NSR rim is only 3" for a 110 section.
