Transmission "clunks" into gear

cangus » Fri Nov 12, 2010 1:09 pm

More so than i am comfortable with and more than my other honda's. Not just when stopped, going from neutral into first, but when shifting into other gears, both aggressive high power output shifting and shifting slowly at lower rpm. It is MC21 with dry clutch, fresh 10-30w motorcycle transmision oil. I understand this to similar viscocity to 80-90 wt. gear oil. I read reference to rubber bushings in the clutch assembluy in another thread but cannot find them in the parts schematic. Are there rubbers? Any other thoughts?
