It's not a critical seal, it's just a dust seal to keep grime out of the back of the carrier bearing and the wheel bearing, so its composition isn't really that important.
I'd just get a "medium soft" one so it gives a little when fitting the carrier into the wheel... if I couldn't get the Honda one, that is!
