Someone a bit deft at bending a needle holder clip type thing (Andy Wink) can make one work with an adjustable needle.
Without a bit of a tweak the needle is free to float up and down a mm or so.

Just a thought............ I was wondering if the RS type hex main jet could be used with the standard emulsion tubes to extend the jet orifice away from the needle on it's lowest position?
I know the HRC tubes are meant to atomise the fuel better, but it could be a way for people to get up and running with the adjustable needles and get on the dyno.
I'll need to check the thread size, but I think they're the same.

That's handy to know about bending the the needle holder clip. One less thing to worry about sourcing.
