I notice you posted a response to MightBeHRC, which I've removed. That character is an alias of Chris Burke, and I would strongly advise you to do some research on him before parting with any cash for any of his stuff.
He also advertises as something like Merrilyn Enterprises on eBay, and forums all over the place are littered with stories about missing cash and missing parts.
His alias isn't banned as I think it's better to closely monitor it that to let on I know it's him.
As for your question, and Duncan's response... if you have those resources then it won't be a massive issue to fit an NC35 arm, although as he says, the NC has an offset shock, so you would be much better off with an MC28 arm.

Unless you aren't concerned about performance, none of the Pro-Arms will be as good as a Gull-Arm.
