What is the importance of aligning these marks. I have just put a new crank in and aligned the primary gear fo the crank spot. Then put the secondary gear and clutch basket on a also aligned that. What I don't understand is whay you have to do that when the timing is on the flywheel end and is set by the woodruff key position.

Anything I am missing?
