That's because it weighs about 30kg less!! Also the 160 section tyre is taller than the 150 and effectively raises the rear ride height, which will increase turn-in.
The larger front tyre is what will cause slower/heavier turn-in if the geometry is not set up to compensate - something most of us could "play" with, but never be able to make any real difference with!
