Presuming that's a Dynojet dyno calibrated correctly it's probably getting towards the most power you're going to see without some level of modification, even if that modification is "just" setting everything exactly as it should be.

The benefit of the jet kit isn't (just) peak power, it's the setup options it gives, much of which is lost on the amateur racer and virtually all of which is lost on the road. I mean who checks their weather station (actually, who's got one and keeps accurate records?) then thinks "ooh, it's 4 degrees cooler and 10% drier, I'd best drop the needle a clip"?

80 bhp? Probably not (that's NX5 RS power, and a good RS at that. There will be plenty of privately owned, safely setup Aprilia GP bikes that don't make 80bhp) and definately not without a huge amount of internal engine work, race fuel and a 200km rebuild schedule.
