If you fit the 160 to the RS wheel, then you should be OK. The RS wheel will be either 5.25" or 5.5" and more suited to the 160 as that's a similar size to a 250 slick.

I "think" it will still change the geometry a little though, but the contact patch will be better than squeezing the 160 tyre on a stock 5" rim.
