I picked up a cheap MC21 last year (£450) with no PGM, Rad and a seized big end journal. I've spent a fair bit of time, effort and money rebuilding it and now I'm trying to register it as it's never been on the road. It came with the import document and I thought that's all I'd need but now I've been told I need some customs/excise certificate or I cant register it!?!?!
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Kinda starting to loose the plot a little bit after all the effort that's went in.
Any help would be appreciated!
