Seems no one stateside has them. i'm guessing this part does not cross over into any USA models so not stocked or even recognized here. I went on multiple USA websites with no luck.
Still, it would be good to know what material Honda uses to substitute local manufacturer/source. If you go on an oil seal website you find multiple seal designs and multiple materials available. it can get very confusing.
