they are your transistors that control your RC valves.

First thing I would do is service your RC valves and then reset cable tension.

I would then check that your servo motor is working correctly. Check motor hasn't jammed up and cycles through full range of movement.

After all this is setup correctly then I would plug in a fresh PGM and pray
