just had a look at tygas agony aunt page and they mentioned sticking carb floats, and recently after i rev the bike a bit and pull the clutch in, the revs drop to about 3000 and then dont drop further, related to my cylinder problems maybe?

Is it possible for something wrong in carb setup to affect only one cylinder and not both?
