You should have split timing between the cylinders on a twin(V or inline). The dip is from the PV, never found any measureable increase in HP from advancing the ignition (plenty of other things though). If you have dips in the curve you might like to try a can of my new improved formula gel 'No More Dips' Laughing




Sorry for the DIN correction factor SAE is about 2HP lower
