I found the idle screw on the left side of the MC21 under the tank but it doesn't matter which way I turn it never seems to get to a point where it stops...is that right?

I have a funny feeling its come loose from the carbs, if that can happen but I can't check as it's pitch black outside.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
