Unfortunately, when it comes to international racing with high status the end of the two stroke bikes is here. We could of course keep discussing "the good ol' days" of the two stroke era, but I think it is also interesting to se what new technology offers.
What is interesting with the the new Moto3 class I think is that they say they are able to improve on the weight compared to the 125cc two strokes. According to the article about the NFS the dry weight should be 84 kg. Though I'm not so sure that it is an improvement if the old minimum weight of the 125 class was 80kg.
Lets hope that these new changes will bring more teams to the sport and still bring as much joy to the spectators.
