I think its just easier though i've never done it on a 250 so im just going by what i've read. Its just a case of twiddling an adjustable cable and lining a pointer up with a dot for each cylinder. Keep plugging in and unplugging the TPS to get the servo to go through its range of movement to make sure you're on the right track.
Be very careful to not over tighten the cables - your servo will make an audible whine if it's struggling and you must immediately kill the ignition and slacken things off if this happens.
