I suspect that; no - you would not be able to run stock bodywork with the Tyga subframe.
The reason the Tyga rear allows the use of a piggy back shock is that it moves the battery box and other crap away from the shock.

Go the Tyga rear - it looks much more modern than the OEM stuff.
