Im having the same problem right now too. I fired it up on Saturday after being garaged for about 5 mths. Seems the 'other dramas' that forced me to garage it have mysteriously gone, but the flat lining at 10k remained. It rides perfect up to 10k then has nothing. I need to go over the whole bike and check everything. If i find anything obvious, I'll give you a a shout.
