Hi, I recently purchased two RS short plug caps that I no longer need. I want $45AU for each plug cap, and I may be able to supply an NGK plug for about $45 too, if you don't want to have to order one yourself separately. So, $90 for an RS plug and RS NGK short plug cap, plus whatever postage is. If you're in Australia, I'm sure postage won't be any more than $5.
