Apparently VT will register ANYTHING under 300cc even for no-residents.

I have seen a couple NSR's in CT and I think someone was selling one a while back, probably gone now. Rare sport bikes is the best bet, but be prepared to wrench, 2 stroke is a hands-on machine regardless of the brand.
