Apparently I'm not up to date on the latest rules, so I will re renter my post for the third time trying to comply with those rules (simple PM would have worked instead of deleting the post twice with no explanation)

There is a MC18 right now up for auction in CT, the auction to which I can not post links (sorry, didn't know, and I did read the rules)

As for Vermont registration, I have not done it myself yet, but I know number of people who have registered various 2 stroke machinery there being non-resident, one as recently as this Friday.
