I'd start by seeing if you can get past 10,000 rpm in 6th. No doubt you've tried this
If it feels more than 45HP and it revs past 10,000 rpm in 6th, then I'd leave it alone. Something has been done that's bypassed the restriction. If you haven't been past 10,000 rpm in 6th, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?
