follow the choke lever to the cable that goes to the carbs. Check that things move back and forwards.

Check your airfilter, open up the box, check the intake tract, airfilter element and then put it back on. I usually put the lower half onto the carbs, make sure that is secure, the place the element, the element holder and then fasten the top of the box. It makes sure you get a proper seal.
