1)brand new fork
2)used triple clamp
3)used handle bar
4)used wheel axe
5)used top yoke
6)brand new spring which suit nsr250(mc28)
7)modify the triple clamp to direct fit to nsr250
8)custom make wheel axe spacer to fit mc28 front wheel.
