You do on a mc28 if it does not have enough power to unlock the steering lock...although it's obviously not the battery clicking.

It almost gave me a heart attack! I thought the PGM had fried when I heard the clicking and saw the flickering display. I even put a known working PGM on there to see if it solved the clicking and thought I had blown that too lol. Battery is charged now, just need to get the carbs off (again) and sort them out.
