How have you checked the wires?
Have you checked that there is 12v to the coils?
Have you checked all the connectors are firmly pushed together, and that there is no corrosion on the pins?
Have you replaced the spark plugs?
Have you access to another NSR so you can swap out the PGM to check it is working?
Are you sure there is no spark and it's not something else causing the problem?
Have you checked the KILL switch is set to RUN?
