Missing Brake Lines

Pirate » Wed Oct 26, 2011 5:30 am

In March of this year I ordered a set of brake lines for my MC21 through the NSR-World Marketplace. My payment was processed through Paypal and I received a message on 29 March stating that my order had been processed through the HEL factory.

In early June I emailed NSR-World to report that I hadn't reveived the order and received a nice reply from Andy saying it would be followed up.

In late August the parts still hadn't arrived so I emailed Andy again who again assured me that it would be followed up.

Still nothing arrived.

In late September I emailed Andy again asking for info. I asked that if NSR-World could not come through with the order could he please advise.

I have received no reply.

HEL Australia confirms they have the parts in stock but I am loathe to order them if those ordered through NSR-World suddenly arrive in my mailbox in the meantime.

It is getting warmer here in Tasmania and I really want to go for a ride on my bike.

I have read posts and warnings here about dealing with suppliers who take your money for parts and don't follow through but I didn't think that NSR-World itself would be one of the offenders. Has anyone else encountered these problems?
