The diameter of the holes will be the same as the diameter (slightly larger!) as the suspension bolts on the original. The thickness of the material will be the same as the original parts. Any good machine shop will have a set of calipers for measuring, take the bolts and the plates with you. Aluminium plate of the desired thickness would be more than adequate.
