looking at the diagram below I need some rubber bits from the tank mount but the numbers and description does no make any sense

example:

#11 -17611-ML7-000 Rubber 2 (required)

All fine except #11 is the tank and #12 is the rubber which I need

also I need #7 but description calls it "tap" despite of # 2 being "16950-KV3-005 Tap ASSY."
